Ottawa – the capital of Canada

We didn’t stay in Ottawa. We gave ourselves a few hours to see the main attractions and we drove on. Again, the place was nice, clean and peaceful. Would I visit again, probably not? Would I recommend anyone visits that place, probably not as the main tourist destination, but if it’s on the way to something nice, it’s a good place to stop?

We parked our car somewhere close to the main square and just wondered around. Very pleasant October afternoon. We wandered around the parks, saw the old buildings, even went up to the top of the Peace Tower.

I have to say, the view from there is spectacular.
